Application Process
Please forward two copies of the application form, with one copy of supporting documentation, such as annual report, constitution, financial accounts. Please do not send original documentation as it cannot be returned.
Within a week of receipt of your application, we will contact you to acknowledge receipt and let you know when we expect your application to be reviewed.
A Board member may contact you if they require additional information about your application.
Possible Outcomes
There are three possible outcomes:
- The Board approves your application for funding
- The Board does not approve your application for funding
- The Board defers its decision and seeks further information
In the case of a deferred decision, you may be asked to provide additional information and your application will be reconsidered at the next Board meeting.
You will be advised of the outcome in writing within 14 days of the Board meeting. If your application is successful, you will also be advised of any conditions of funding or reporting requirements.
